LABS at Work in Tuscany for the BUL – Ultra-Broadband Strategic Project
The BUL – Ultra-Broadband Strategic Project marks a critical step toward achieving the goals of the European Digital Agenda, which aims to provide all citizens with internet access at speeds above 30 Mbps, and for at least 50% of the population, speeds exceeding 100 Mbps.
Laboratori Marconi (LABS) is actively involved in the FTTH (Fiber to the Home) network design for network design for Open Fiber across several municipalities in Tuscany. As part of this effort, LABS is currently conducting site inspections in the Municipality of Calenzano, with further activities planned in other towns throughout the region.
This initiative reinforces LABS’s commitment to accelerating digital connectivity and supporting the nationwide rollout of high-speed infrastructure.
