Effectively managing passenger flow in such a high-volume hub is critical—not only to optimize service delivery but also to ensure the safety of travelers and airport personnel.

Following its successful deployment at Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport, the LabsMove solution has now been implemented at Malpensa, leveraging a Wi-Fi–based IoT platform for real-time Passenger Tracking.

The goal: to enhance the customer experience by providing smarter, safer, and more efficient flow management across airport zones.
